The first single on December 10th is from Norwegian power-pop’ers Kookooo Kitchen, with razor sharp guitars and “in-your-face”-vocals. Their songs are sometimes nice and harmonic, the next second as rough and edgy as it can get

. As they say themselves “Dirt under their nails, and nail polish to cover the mess.”

The second single on December 10th is from Alison Eales, the keyboard player in Butcher Boy, who will release her debut solo single on EardrumsPop. 3 lovely songs, recorded in a small cupboard, with a cotton bag over her head
. Alison uses few instruments when she records her songs, – her keyboard, an ukulele, her vocals, glockenspiel and rarely more. The result is calm, fragile and stunningly beautiful popsongs.
The single also sees the return of cover-designer Helena Garcia, who made the cover for our first ever EardrumsPop-release, “Summer’s here!”.

The first present comes from Oláfachada. That’s the collaboration project by Ola Innset from the Norwegian indiepop-band My Little Pony (myspace.com/mylittleponyoslo) and the Portuguese artist b Fachada (myspace.com/bfachada)
