There have been one problem people have experienced more than others:

“I can’t open the zip-file”

We get this far too often, and we try to find personal sollutions as best we can. The zip-files are good on the server, but for some reason, the server sometimes reports that the download is finished before it actually is
. The result is that you get a file to your computer that looks like a finished downloaded zip-file, but it is not finished, and the unzip-programs can’t open it.

So, what should you do?

1. Try to download again. It will probably work. (You can also check the filesize of your downloaded file, and compare it with the filesize mentioned on the album page)

2. Look for an alternative download link on the download-page. On Between Two Waves, all volumes have alternative links. Try to download from there
